Friday |
Istanbul old city tour | Enjoy a tour of Istanbul, the city that spans both Europe and Asia visiting the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Topkapi Palace, the Cistern and the Hippodrome. Welcome dinner tonight at the hotel. Overnight Istanbul 4*. Welcome dinner at a special Turkish restaurant. Breakfast and dinner.

Saturday |
Istanbul to Cappadocia via Kayseri | At noon you will fly from Istanbul to Kayseri and drive to Cappadocia. Free day to explore the unique "Land of the Free Horses." Discover the open air museum with its many churches. Overnight Cappadocia S Class. Breakfast and dinner.
Today we tour one of the famous underground cities and then Uchisar castle. Tonight, don't miss the optional traditional Turkish folklore evening. A must see! Overnight Cappadocia S Class. Breakfast.
Marvel at the lunar landscape of Cappadocia, with a fully guided tour of Goreme Valley and the Fairy Chimneys. We will also join a demonstration on pottery today in Avanos. Overnight Cappadocia S Class. Breakfast and dinner.

Cappadocia to Pamukkale | In the morning trek through the wildly beautiful Ihlara Valley, a region once favoured by Byzantine monks. We then visit the ancient Silk Road Caravanserais. Overnight Pamukkale 5*. Breakfast and dinner.
Day 7 |
Wednesday |
Pamukkale to Kusadasi | Today tour the magnificent white calcium terraces of Pamukkale, followed by the ancient city of Hierapolis. We also will visit the fantastic ruins and museum of Aphrodisias. Overnight Kusadasi 5*. Breakfast and dinner.
Absorb yourself in history today with a guided tour of the impressive site of Ephesus. Walk down the Marble Road towards the Celsus Library, Domitianus Temple and Grand Theatre. Feel the mystical atmosphere of the city halls and stadium where chariot and horse races were once held. Visit a carpet weaving village and learn how the carpets are made by hand and what determines their value. Overnight Kusadasi 5*. Breakfast and dinner.

Friday |
Kusadasi to Gallipoli via Pergamum and Troy | This morning, we tour the magnificent Acropolis of Pergamum. Its impressive temples, library and medical facilities made Pergamum a renowned cultural and political centre in its time. We then visit Troy, famous with the legendary Trojan Horse from the times of beautiful Helen, Queen of Sparta and Paris, the Trojan Prince. Overnight Canakkale 5*. Breakfast and dinner.

Gallipoli to Istanbul | Today we visit the WWI Battlefields of Gallipoli including Lone Pine and Chunuk Bair Memorials, ANZAC Cove, the Nek, Johnston's Jolly and the Kaba Tepe Gallipoli Museum. In the afternoon drive to Istanbul. Overnight Istanbul 4*. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 11 |
Sunday |
Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise | After breakfast we take a Bosphorus Cruise through the waterway separating the two continents, Asia and Europe. Then we visit Dolmabahce Palace, the last residence for the Ottoman Sultans and then pass over the Bosphorus Bridge and stop at the Camlica Hill, the best panoramic view point of Istanbul and the Bosphorus. Overnight Istanbul 4*. Breakfast and farewell dinner in the hotel.
After breakfast our tour concludes and we say goodbye to our new friends. Transfer to airport.
